Foxxy Fuzz is a hand-built octave fuzz inspired by the classic Foxx Tone Machine, combining thick, sustaining fuzz with switchable octave-up character and alternate clipping options.
With Volume, Drive, and Tone controls plus dedicated Octave and Clipping switches, it can move from warm, dense fuzz to brighter, more aggressive octave textures and sharper harmonic saturation.
Sound
Foxxy Fuzz starts with a thick, compressed fuzz voice with strong sustain and plenty of harmonic content.
The Octave switch introduces an upper-octave component, adding a sharper, more synth-like edge that becomes especially pronounced higher on the neck and with cleaner note articulation.
The Clipping switch changes the clipping response, giving the pedal an additional tonal variation beyond the standard fuzz voice.
The result is a pedal that can stay relatively smooth and vintage-inspired or move into more aggressive, cutting octave-fuzz territory.
Controls
