Shipping Policy

Processing Time Before Shipping

Please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders that are received after 12 PM Pacific Time are considered to be placed the next business day. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Successfully placed orders will trigger an email confirmation with the order details. This usually happens within a few minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive an email, check your spam settings or contact us for confirmation.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order after it has shipped.

Please make sure your mailing address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address, we can only refund the order less the shipping costs and ask you to resubmit your order.

FREE Shipping to the Continental United States on Qualifying Orders

For orders over $150 USD, we offer free shipping to the continental United States. USPS estimates—but does not guarantee—2-8 business days for domestic delivery, depending on your location. 

If you need your order to arrive sooner than the free shipping delivery estimate, you may choose from several shipping providers, rates, and estimated delivery times during checkout.

If your order total is less than $150 USD, we do not offer free shipping. You will be presented with a choice of shipping providers, rates, and estimated delivery times during checkout.

Shipping to the Rest of the World

In addition to the US, we currently ship to Canada and Mexico. European Union and United Kingdom customers can use our Reverb.com store. Reverb handles VAT calculation, collection, and remittance, which simplifies the process for both you and us.

If your country isn’t listed here, just let us know! Tell us where you’re located and which product you’re interested in. We will research shipping costs, tax, and customs regulations specific to your country. Please note that some countries have strict import regulations or higher taxes on products coming from the US. We’ll do our best to navigate these and make our products available to you via our Reverb store.
