We do offer enclosure customization ranging from changing the base color to custom artwork. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your ideas!
We also offer repackaging services for your favorite pedals.
My order is a gift. What are the gift options you have?
We’re currently working on adding gift options on our website. Meanwhile, please contact us to discuss gift packaging and adding a note. We’re happy to accommodate this!
Can I get my order delivered on the same day?
Unfortunately, no. Orders need to be carefully packed and dropped at the post office. It takes time. See our shipping policy page for expected shipping times.
Can I pick up my order?
If you’re located in the greater Seattle area, please contact us to see if we can arrange local pickup.
How long will it take to get my package?
We ship orders within one business day, and depending on the chosen shipping method, delivery may take 3 to 8 business days.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you made a mistake in the delivery address. We may be able to adjust it if the order hasn’t yet been shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Can I return the item that has been used?
You can return the item within 14 business days. If the product shows signs of wear, missing packaging etc., a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund or credit?
Once received, we will process your request within 48 hours. Please keep in mind that your financial institution can take an extra 48 hours to clear the funds back into your account. If you don’t receive a refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
